Frederick Travis PhD, USA: Professor of Maharishi Vedic Science, Dean of the Graduate School, and Director of the Center for Brain, Consciousness, and Cognition, Maharishi University of Management, USA.

This talk will discuss the concept of Dharma Parenting, which combines the latest knowledge of brain development and neuroplasticity from neuroscience, with the ancient knowledge of body types in Ayurveda. Your child is a person with his or her own tendencies, preferences and goals in life — called dharma. Knowing their brain and body type gives you a map to understand why your children act and react the way they do. With this knowledge you can support them as they grow to be the person they are. We will discuss six tools to help you do this.

Dr. Moelk is a general practitioner who has more than 25 years of experience in developing and teaching Maharishi AyurVeda postgraduate training courses for health professionals worldwide.

In order to illustrate Dr Tony Nader's discovery of Veda in the Human Physiology an electronic model of a human figure has been developed to explain where the Vedic sounds express themselves in the body.

The combination of understanding the correspondence of body and sound, hearing the commentary, seeing the various aspects of the body, and experiencing the Vedic Sounds links the intellectual understanding with the direct experience of Veda in the Human Physiology and allows the viewer to realise how these sounds enliven the body's inner intelligence. This leads to the complete absorption of a key aspect of Ayurveda: Natural Law is the source of our existence and can be used to enliven the body's inner intelligence.

Therapeutic essential oils - antibiotics of Mother Nature

Dr. phil. Malte Hozzel, Germany: Founder of AYUS GmbH, Germany and the international Aromatherapy brand "Oshadhi"- Aromatherapy lecturer - Founder of Orto de Prouvènço, international Aromatherapy Training Centre in High Provence, France.

Modern scientists and doctors researching the "eubiotic" approach of medical Aromatherapy have discovered the complex action of an aromatic molecule on the germ, the milieu and the immune system, compared to the extremely limited anti-bacterial properties of chemical therapies with their numerous unwanted side-effects.

This is extremely relevant in light of widespread antibiotic resistance and the severe side effects of antibiotics.

Existing and ongoing clinical research on numerous ailments have yielded considerable data on the anti-microbial effects of essential oils, as well as a number of positive side effects.

Examples will be given of oils that are "more than just an antibiotic … the ultimate, natural antibiotic" (Dr Axe, USA).

Modern medicine has the understanding that these diseases of the respiratory tract mostly spring from bacteria, viruses, allergens or overreactive bronchial tubes. And – especially when chronic – the physician tries to suppress the disturbing symptoms, very often causing unwanted side effects for the patient.

Ayurveda understands the development of any health issue as a combination of many well-known factors preparing the ground for the specific disease. Lifestyle factors may be many: wrong combination of food, stress, irregular lifestyle which leads to an unbalanced function of the digestive system and finally to issues of the respiratory system. Ayurveda deals on a profound level eliminating the actual root causes of these diseases. In this lecture you will get a set of practical tips to eliminate toxins from your system in an easy way and so you can already begin enjoying fewer symptoms in your daily life.
